Q.  What types of transportation are available at the airport, cruise terminals and train station?
      a.  Town Car & Limousine services:  Are personal, private, luxury service providers.  
      With a pre-arranged reservation, Town Car & Limo drivers meet you inside the airport
       and chauffeur you to your destination.  Town Car & Limo rates are flat rates per vehicle,
      from point to point, regardless of how many passengers are traveling. 
      a.  Taxi services:  Taxi services do not require pre-arranged reservations and do not meet
      you inside the terminal.  Taxi services charge according to a combination of mileage and time
      which appears on the meter inside the vehicle.
      a.  Shuttle services:  Shuttle services are available at the curb at most airports and most do not
      require pre-arranged reservations.  Shuttle services rates are per person, from point to point.
      
Q.  How many passengers can we carry in the Town Cars?
     a.  Town Cars carry our driver and up to 4 additional passengers. 
 
Q.  How many passengers can we carry in our limousines?
     a.  Limousines carry our driver and up to 8 additional passengers. 
 
Q.  Do I need a reservation to use your service?
     a.  We are required by airport & city regulations to have a pre-arranged agreement with our    
     customers.  The agreement is simply a reservation containing your contact information and your
     itinerary.
 
Q.  Do you provide child car seats?
     a.  We encourage our customers to bring their own car seats however, for an additional $5.00,
     we will provide the appropriate car seat.  When making a reservation, you will be asked for the
     age & weight of any children traveling who are under the age of 6.  Florida Car Seat Law.
 
Q.  How is payment handled?
     a.  For convenience sake, we prefer that you pay your driver directly in cash or traveler's checks.
     If you choose to pay with a credit card, we will contact you a few days prior to your travel date
     so that we can process your payment.   Individual drivers cannot process credit cards.
 
Q. How will I locate my driver?
     a.  We monitor and track your arriving flight and upon arrival, our driver meets you inside the
     terminal with your name on a sign (just like in the movies!).  When you make a reservation,
     we will provide more specific information, depending on which airport, airline, train station
     or ship you arrive at.  We also track train status however, if you are arriving by train, we ask
     that you keep us updated by cell phone if possible since the train status updates we obtain
     are not as reliable as airline updates.
 
Q.  What time will my return trip be scheduled?
      a.   For round-trips, we will schedule your return pickup time 2 to 3 hours prior to your scheduled
      departure time, depending on your airport or train station.  However, you are free to choose a
      different pickup time, we only ask that you do so when you make your reservation so that we
      can arrange our driver schedules appropriately.
 
Q.  What if I have to cancel my trip?
     a.  It costs nothing to make a reservation with us and nothing to cancel it.  No credit cards are    
     required to "hold" a reservation and we do not charge your credit card for services until a few
     days prior to your travel date.  We ask only that you be kind enough to let us know if your travel
     plans change so that your driver can be assigned to another pickup.
 
Q.  What happens If my flight or train is delayed? 
     a.  Regardless of your arrival time, we will be there waiting for you.  As long as your flight is not
     cancelled, our driver will be waiting for you when you arrive.  If by chance, your flight or train
     arrives after midnight, there is a flat $10 fee added to the reservation total.
